Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
♥ Please note, as our IndiBlu up cycled clothing line is made from recycled textiles slight imperfections among the products are common. This adds to the vintage feel but is not for everyone! Please be sure you love your item before ordering it. We do our very best to choose saris in excellent condition and to show the most detailed and accurate photos and descriptions of each item.
CLOTHING RETURNS are conditional. If returning for grounds of defects, please email us a detailed photo of the problem to see if it qualifies for a refund. If returning for grounds of defects (for a clothing item), please email us a detailed photo of the problem to see if it qualifies for a refund.
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Sale Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift Cards
- Body Jewelry including earrings. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of item with proof of purchase and we will provide return details and address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
