Your item will be shipped within 3-5 days of cleared payment, unless otherwise specified.
International shipping times will vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee exact time of delivery. While most packages arrive MUCH sooner, I generally allow up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery and up to 2-6 weeks for International delivery (depending on location). As soon as your item is shipped we will send you a shipping notification with the tracking number, and details of how to track the item.
Please take into consideration that shipping around holidays can be unpredictable, so if you are concerned then we recommend upgrading to a priority shipping option. We are NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages sent with a tracking number.
Parcels sent from India to the USA usually arrive in 12-20 business days (excluding weekends/holidays), 15-30 business days for Canada and Europe, 15-30 business days for Australia and New Zealand, 30-50 business days to Mexico, Central America, South America and other countries.
Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Deliveries may take up to 9 weeks for some locations if the package gets held up in customs.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to the process of fulfillment.
In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated.

The IndiBlu Online Boutique changes it’s sending location during the year as we are based both in India and the US. Thus, our sending country changes.

**When we are in the US: All items are shipped with US Postal Service (USPS) tracked international shipping. Track your parcel via https://www.usps.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International buyers are responsible for ANY & ALL Customs charges, Taxes and Postal fees. Some orders may incur Customs or import duty charges. We do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise you as to what they will be. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
IndiBlu Boutique is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. IndiBlu Boutique will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery of non-delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to a refund for the order.
